- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery.
- Manage project scope, schedule, resources, and risks using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure project feasibility and on-time delivery.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients to gather requirements and provide updates.
- Utilize tools like JIRA, Confluence, and other PM software to track progress and maintain documentation.
- Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
- Drive team collaboration, motivation, and accountability.
- Ensure project outcomes meet business and technical requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in Agile/Scrum project management.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, Trello, Asana, or similar.
- Strong communication skills for internal teams and external clients.
- Good grasp of technical concepts, including cloud infrastructure and APIs.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
